Jim DiFrangia came to SSC from First Energy where he worked in Corporate Communications and Marketing. At First Energy, Jim focused on customer loyalty programs that were groundbreaking in the electric utility category. Prior to this experience, Jim was an editor with HOUSEWARES magazine. As a board officer of the Northern Ohio Direct Marketing Association, Jim has provided outstanding direct response strategies that a number of SSC clients have profited from. A solid writer, Jim has been involved with food/food services, safety, high technology, appliance and manufacturing accounts while at SSC. He has been involved with Vita-Mix as well as public relations for Eriez, a company that markets to 80 different industries. Jim drives the PR programs for numerous SSC clients including Eriez, Waddel, Ghent, First Energy among others. His case study work helps clients grow their businesses. He has been an integral member of SSC crisis communications teams. He is also Hub Spot certified for social media work.
