Technology Recovery Group Website and Videos

Client Situation:

Technology Recovery Group (TRG), a leading mobile managed solutions and service provider in the data collection, mobility and barcode printing industry required an updated website to overcome mobilegeddon, attract traffic and generate leads. Since being founded in 2002, its sales have steadily climbed every year. In 2014, impressive growth enabled TRG to move to a new 75,000 square foot high‐tech facility. TRG wanted to showcase its state‐of‐the art building and innovative approach to business. They recognized that when prospective customers saw the facility and its capabilities, they quickly became clients.

Tactics:

TRG asked Stevens Strategic Communications to develop a plan that would help them showcase their operation to the world (they are a global company). This resulted in a two-step plan. First, we produced a series of videos that offered a detailed view of all departments and the people who worked in them. These were immediately posted on the corporate website. However, we also began developing a new website that would match the videos in terms of new branding, energy and excitement. The goal was to create an unmatched user experience when they visited the site.

Results:

Overall website traffic, new visitors and length of time on the site are steadily increasing. Response to the videos and the new website has been extremely positive.
