After rising through the ranks of Dix & Eaton to become Vice-Chairman, Ed Stevens ran the Corporate Communications Departments for two Fortune 500 utilities. He purchased Baron Advertising in 1999 and renamed it twice to reflect the firm's expanding capabilities. Ed has one of the industry's best strategic minds. He is able to blend all communications in cost effective programs for meaningful results. Ed has served as president of both the American Advertising Federation/Cleveland (AAF/Cleveland) and the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). Ed is the founding president of the Northern Ohio Communications Advocates (NOCA), an industry organization dedicated to retaining and attracting marketing and communications business in the Region. David Walker is a multi-talented creative professional having served as a magazine editor, copywriter, video producer and creative director. Over the past 23 years he's compiled a colorful portfolio working with luminaries such as Arnold Palmer (website), Shaquille O'Neal (web app/TV spot), Jeff Foxworthy (national radio campaign) and Mariel Hemingway (infomercial). His clientele includes prestigious organizations such as Sherwin-Williams, IMG, American Greetings, Clairol and the Smithsonian Institute to name just a few. He has received both Gold and Silver ADDYs, a PRSA Silver Anvil and a Gold Award from the International Television Association to name just a few honors. In 2005 David was appointed creative director of iQ Digital, one of the first educational IPTV stations in the United States. iQ Digital launched an internet protocol TV station called the “Learning Now Network” (LNN) that was narrow-casted into 52 schools across the United States. In 2007 David was named creative director and managing partner of Mindgrab Media, an interactive design firm. Mindgrab Media's innovative work helped it land clients such as Parker Hannifin, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Sherwin-Williams, Tarkett, Aquage, Clairol and the National Air & Space Museum.

Steve Toth is an award-winning art director who has designed impact marketing materials for clients such as Cuyahoga Community College, Eriez and King Nut. He is an expert in computer art with comprehensive knowledge of the latest Adobe Creative Suite Software, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Office, Apple Programs and Apps and FTP Software. Steve owned J. Toth Graphic Design where he created logos, ads, banners, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, postcards, websites and much more for a wide variety of clients. He also has in-depth knowledge of digital photography as well as video production. Steve provides design services for an array of SSC clients in various industries including safety, manufacturing, food service, healthcare and environmental.

Jim DiFrangia came to SSC from First Energy where he worked in Corporate Communications and Marketing. At First Energy, Jim focused on customer loyalty programs that were groundbreaking in the electric utility category. Prior to this experience, Jim was an editor with HOUSEWARES magazine. As a board officer of the Northern Ohio Direct Marketing Association, Jim has provided outstanding direct response strategies that a number of SSC clients have profited from. A solid writer, Jim has been involved with food/food services, safety, high technology, appliance and manufacturing accounts while at SSC. He has been involved with Vita-Mix as well as public relations for Eriez, a company that markets to 80 different industries. Jim drives the sustainability programs for numerous SSC clients including Eriez, Waddel, Ghent, First Energy among others. His case study work helps clients grow their businesses. He is also Hub Spot certified for social media work.

Faith Boone is SSC's Social Media Strategist. She has extensive experience managing clients' social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Linkedin, Google+, Pinterest and more. Faith is committed to ongoing education to stay up-to-date as social media technology continues to evolve. She joined SSC from Sun Newspapers where she was a general reporter covering several east side beats. She was also part of an online content management team comprised of Sun Newspapers, The Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com employees. Faith helped to create more than 16 hyperlocal pages for the Cleveland.com website and promoted news and events through various social media platforms. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Promotional Communications from Cleveland State University.

Grant Coyle earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in electronics from the University of Akron. He has over 30 years of experience with impressive strengths in technical writing and training, computer network administration and Web site maintenance. He has developed web sites, e-communications and online surveying tools. He is especially adept at creating database programs and monitoring the performance of e-communications. He has been an author, editor and illustrator of numerous product manuals and trade magazine articles for manufacturers of numerical controls, medical imaging equipment, and test and measuring instruments Former technical manuals manager at Keithley Instruments, Grant was instrumental in introducing digital publishing to the marketing communications group there.
